Password recovery and management for existing staff and students with Ravensbourne IT Accounts

Existing members of staff and students are able to change or recover a lost password using our Password Recovery services.

-If you know your password but want to change it 

-If you have forgotten or lost your password

-If you need to amend your password recovery or security information  

When choosing a new password, please remember that it:
  • Must be at least 14 characters in length.
  • Must not contain common passwords, or words or elements of your REAL NAME or things easily associated with you personally. Our systems will reject words such as Ravensbourne, London, Arsenal, and March etc automatically
  • Must include characters from at least 3 of the 4 following categories:
    • Uppercase letters of European languages (A through Z).
    • Lowercase letters of European languages (a through z).
    • Numeric digits (0 through 9).
    • Non-alphanumeric characters
